A coaching trajectory is a laboratory of self-discovery. You learn how to observe and listen to yourself through methods of self-inquiry, mindfulness, and body awareness. You begin to see yourself through a new lens. You connect with your natural authority and authenticity. You gain practical tools you can use in daily life.
You become more self-aware of the ways in which you undermine yourself. You are more able to stay present with your emotions during stressful situations and respond in ways that are in alignment with your personal values and intent. You practice how it is to have a more open mind (dropping judgement) and heart (dropping cynicism) and greater will (dropping fears) so that you can be your best self.
Kim makes use of the following methods in her coaching:

There are big changes taking place in my life. How can I learn to welcome and deal with these changes in a constructive way?
I want to be able to speak up more and say what I think and feel. What’s holding me back and how do I come out of my shell?
My emotions can be overbearing. How can I better manage them?
How do I know what I really want?
How can I stay true to myself under pressure?
Every coaching trajectory starts with a free intake session. The number of sessions in a coaching trajectory depends on the issue being addressed.
Kim offers coaching in English, Dutch, and French.
