WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Grace & Grit currently offers the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training where participants learn about the causes and effects of their stressors and how to relate to them in a more supportive and skillful way. What you learn and practice serve as basis not only for managing stress but for your overall personal development and effectiveness in both your professional and personal life.
