NIA classes outdoors
WHAT TO EXPECT
Join an outdoor Nia class in The Hague taught by Kim Brice.
Start or end your day feeling good by strengthening and energizing your body, mind and spirit in a positive, fun and nurturing atmosphere. Move to soul stirring music in the beauty of nature.
DATES, TIMES, LOCATIONS
Location: Strandtent Zuid, The Hague.
Every Tuesday / 20:00-21:15 CET (weather permitting) until June 29
Every other Saturday / 9:00-10:15 CET / May 29 and June 5 and 19
Location: Kloostertuin Vincentius, Westeinde 125, Den Haag
Every Sunday 9:00-10:15 CET until June 27
With bad weather, Sunday classes on Zoom
You must sign-up for outdoor classes, so I can notify you of cancellations due to weather.
€11 (tikkie or cash)
Class is cancelled if it is raining. I will announce cancellations via email at least an hour before class for those who have registered.
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF
On warmer and sunny days, bring water, a towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, and for the beach a bathing suit for a swim after class.
For cloudy and cooler days, bring water and a towel, wear layers, bring a waterproof jacket just in case and socks to keep feet warm during or after class.
Children are most welcome and join for free.
If you attend a Nia class, I kindly ask all participants to respect the following guidelines:
– keep 1,5 meters distance from other people, before, during and after class.
-stay at home if you have symptoms such as a cold, cough, fever or sudden loss of smell or taste.
-cough and sneeze into your elbow.
