Why coaching?

We all have ups and downs. And just like the world around us is ever changing, so are we. 

One of the most valuable skills we can develop in life is to nurture a better relationship with ourselves. This entails better understanding what unconsciously drives our choices and behaviors and to develop the capacities to navigate changes inside and outside of us in a more supportive way. 

Coaching creates a space for guided self-discovery. It’s practical and brings to light what’s the best way for you to address whatever is challenging you at this moment. You can expect to (re)connect with your natural intelligence, authority and authenticity. You’ll develop greater agency by integrating tools and practices in your daily life that will help you respond to challenging situations. You’ll be more in alignment with your values and a vision for how you wish to lead your personal and professional life.

Coaching sessions are conducted in English, Dutch or French. Online or in-person in The Hague, The Netherlands.

We offer two types of coaching:

Personal leadership coaching
Become more aware of the ways you are holding yourself back, learn to befriend what you resist and to make the physical and mental shifts that will help you embody an outcome you are committed to. 

Burnout  prevention or recovery support
Enhance your “stress” self-awareness, learn to implement tools that will support you to replenish your energy, rebound from stressors and relate to undermining beliefs and behaviors more skillfully. If you’ve had to stop working, you’ll learn to negotiate for what you need to return to a suitable work environment.

Reality is you won’t know until you meet with a prospective coach. A successful coaching trajectory depends on a personal click between coach and client, mutual respect, curiosity and commitment. Every coaching trajectory starts with a free introductory session. which enables the client to get a taste of the coach’s personality and approach. The coach can also determine whether she believes she can add value to the issue the potential client is grappling with.  A coaching trajectory comprises of on average of 8 one hour sessions. In between sessions, expect to dedicate time to journaling and practicing tools you have learned in your sessions in order to learn how to integrate them into your everyday life.  There is always the option for a half day or full day session to dive deeper into a specific issue.

We already are who we want to become.
We just need to learn to get out of our own way.
